“A Friendship” is a multi-level textual analysis of the first part of the novel "L'amica geniale". As the book deals as primary theme friendship and rivalry, the main goal of the project is the analysis of such a relationship between the two main characters, Lila and Lenù. The website provides the user a digital edition. On the tagged text a network analysis with Gephi has been performed and the implementation of a timeline to further contextualize in time the novel.

Catullus Online Review

This website was created to host the review of the SDE, Catullus Online, published in 2013 by Dàniel Kiss. This review was created as a final exam project for the course, SEDA (Scholarly Editing and Digital Approaches), held by Paola Maria Carmela Italia. This review was awarded the third place in the SEDA prize competition, in the year 2021/2022.

Apollo 11 Moon LOnDing

Moon LOnDing is a Linked Open Data project which seeks to explore the organization and representation of knowledge connected to the Apollo 11 moon landing, focusing on three core narratives: the historic and era-defining nature of the achievement, the political background and the perduring doubts which surround the moon landing, manifest in the proliferation of conspiracy theories, despite physical evidence to the contrary.

SFFTranscription

SFFTRANSCRIPTION is a small-scale annotation campaign on three Shakespearean works present in the First Folio in 1623. The campaign has been carried out using Transkribus , a platform for the digitization, AI-powered text recognition, transcription and searching of historical documents.

Songs TO Poems

Academic Year: 2021/2022
Through a compared analysis of the musical album "Non al denaro, non all'amore, né al cielo" and the anthology "Spoon River", obtained by extracting data with different Python libraries (e.g.: BERTopic), we worked onto establishing the main topics. Then we build an ontology based on our discoveries through Protégé and created some SPARQL queries, to confront the different similarities and analyze the differences, between these two works.
