I Padri Carmelitani hanno avuto cura di restaurare il monumento e la statua della Beata Vergine Maria dal Monte Carmelo che cadevano in rovina per i danni del tempo, dopo che il sacrario era stato ricostruito e recintato con un accresciuto numero di colonne, nell’anno del Signore 1959, mentre ricorrevano le festività eucaristiche e le genti d’Italia portavano a compimento la consacrazione al cuore immacolato della Beata Vergine Maria espressa attivamente con il sacro scapolare.

The Carmelitan fathers took care of restoring the monument and the statue of the Holy Virgin Mary from Mount Carmel which had fallen into disrepair due to the damage of time, after the sanctuary had been rebuilt and enclosed with an increased number of columns in the year of the Lord 1959 while the Eucharistic festivities were occurring and the people of Italy were completing the consecration to the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary actively expressed with the sacred scapular.
