Eurasian Latin Archive

Description

The Eurasian Latin Archive project was born for the creation of a digital platform of Latin texts and documents from Medieval and Early Modern Times concerning East Asia, including a specific "Latin Silk Road" section dedicated to Latin or Latin-Chinese texts. The start up phase (March 2018-February 2020) has been co-financed by Regione Toscana (DAS-MeMo Project) with the collaboration of QuestIT, an IT Company specialized in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. In June 2022, thanks to the SERICA Project, a new version of the Platform has been published.
